Wor-Wic Community College - Guerrieri Hall , Salisbury, MD

SPN served as preconstruction advisor and provided construction inspection services for a new 32,000 SF three-story masonry and steel building at the Wor-Wic Community College. The buildng contains a 218-seat assembly area for college-wide use, a laboratory, three classrooms, a conference room, a resource center, and offices for seven faculty and staff. In addition, the new building contains a defense tactcis and workout room, along with lockers and showers.

Wor-Wic Community College, Henson Hall, Salisbury, MD

SPN provided inspection services on the 30,000 SF, three story, health and science building added to the Wor-Wic Community College campus to educate nursing students and includes classrooms, mock-up of medical headwalls, and nursing beds.

SPN provided preconstruction and construction inspection services for this 28,000 SF addition and renovations to the Student Center Building, including MEPS upgrades to existing facility, civil , structural, architectural work, along with project oversite.
