A planned business park of 10 acres located at the intersection of US Route 522 North and Route 37, where over 30,000 cars and trucks pass each day. Trex Center is only two miles from Winchester Medical Center. A 60,000 SF class A office building is the centerpiece of the project. Site improvements included site utilities, asphalt paving, sidewalks, stormwater management, and other appurtenances. Interior design features of the office building include fossil stone and marble floor, two-story atrium lobby, and a marble fountain. The project additionally included the fit-out of three tenant spaces including the 40,000 square foot corporate headquarters for the Trex Companies, a 5,000 square foot office for the law offices of Lawson & Silek, Esq., and a 5,000 square foot medical office for Winchester Open MRI. A daycare center is planned to serve the tenants, their employees, and the general public. There are two out parcels that will be used as a bank and convenience store/gas station. A third two-acre parcel is reserved for a second office building or hotel.
