SPN typically provides full Agency Construction Management services to our clients utilizing AIA B801CMa (Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager) as the contract format, along with the AIA 101CMa (Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - Construction Manager-Advisor Edition) and A201CMa (General Conditions of the Contract for Construction - Construction Manager-Advisor Edition).  Our flexibility also enables us to provide partial services in any fashion, depending on the needs of our client.
